Kenya is bad for business.

You take a loan of 1B & buy a fleet of long-haul trucks to carry cargo only for the government to impose some crazy policies & you start struggling to get customers. Kidogo kidogo your fleet is lying idle in a yard & auctioneers are at your doorstep. Kenya is bad for business. Local airlines like Jambo Jet are carrying full capacity, Standard Gauge Railway trains are carrying full capacity but the government wants buses and matatu owners who bought their fleet with expensive loans to carry only a third of the passengers. What an injustice! Bus companies are also facing stiff competition from SGR. The train takes only 5 hours from Nairobi to Mombasa and can also travel at night unlike the buses.
